He stopped and looked her up and down intently, making it clear he was studying her every physical feature but without his usual teasing leer. It wasn't his intent to make her uncomfortable. He'd normally be laying it on extra thick with a gorgeous woman alone in his room, but for once he wasn't trying to flirt.
